About Kirk Rule:
Kirk was raised and still lives in the Santa Clara Valley. He graduated from San Diego State University with a B.S. degree in Insurance. The designation Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) was received in 1980 and his Associate in Risk Management (ARM) was awarded in February 1983. Kirk taught insurance for the Insurance Education Association for five years. He has held several insurance company positions including Underwriting Manager and Claims Service Representative. San Jose is his home with his wife and three children. His hobbies include running, tennis and golf.
